Avocado: contains a substance called Persin which induces vomiting and causes diarrhea.
Raisins/Currants: causes kidney failure.
Cooked Bones: causes stomach lacerations.
Walnuts/Macadamias: causes nervous system and muscle damage.
Alcohol: causes coma, death and intoxication.
Onions/Garlic: causes blood cell damage and anemia.
Dairy: too much causes diarrhea.
Grapes: causes kidney failure.
Mushrooms: depends on variety but may cause death.
Fatty Foods: depends on amount but may cause pancreatitis.
Caffeine: causes vomiting, diarrhea and is toxic to the heart and nervous system.
Xylitol: found in gum, candy and peanut butter: causes liver failure, hypoglycemia and death.
Chocolate: is toxic to the heart and nervous system. May cause death.
Medications such as Tylenol/Advil: may cause kidney failure and GI ulcers.
